We offer workshops and training to provide you with the knowledge to create a sustainable lean environment. Participants are provided with an understanding of lean principles and the tools necessary to implement process improvements in your departments and create efficiencies.

Workshop: LehighLean Fundamentals

This workshop is for those who want to get better at our work. The LehighLean Fundamentals workshop will show you tools and tips to help you see your work differently and tap into your natural creativity to solve problems. If that sounds intriguing, this 60-minute workshop is for you. 

This interactive workshop will:

  • Teach you the concepts and tools that complement our natural human desire to keep getting better, to grow in our abilities, and to contribute more to those who rely on us. 
  • Explain process improvement as a concept.
  • Explore how to determine what's valuable in our work, and how to use visuals to help us reduce stress, increase our focus, and add more value through our efforts.

Workshop: LehighLean Metrics

This workshop will help teams to measure performance and progress. Metrics provide valuable insights into the success or failure of a business process, and highlights areas that may need improvement. 

This workshop will help you:

  • Learn the benefits metrics can bring.
  • Determine which metrics are appropriate
  • Identify how to collect and analyze data.
  • Learn to use metrics to make improvements.
