As the LehighLean program expands university-wide, we’ll be tracking and sharing the key data metrics.
Program Metrics
- Number of projects completed
- Number of projects completed by department and/or college
- Number of staff/faculty trained in LehighLean principles
- Number of staff/faculty that participated in a project
As of December 2023:
- 135 employees from 36 departments have participated in 8 quarterly Lean training workshops and 18 completed Lean projects.
- Completed projects have addressed a wide range of topics, including the Mold Remediation Process, implementation of a campus-wide eSignature signature system (just in time for Covid-19 virtual environment), improving the HR hiring Approval Process, and the Payroll Cycle Process, to name a few.
