RA/GA/TA and Fellows Parking for Spring 2024

Parking permits for the January 1, 2024 – June 30, 2024 permit cycle will be available beginning on Thursday, December 28, 2023.  

If you submitted an offer letter that is valid for the 2024 academic year and have a permit valid until December 31, 2023, you may purchase a spring permit on December 28 at go.lehigh.edu/parking.

If you submitted an offer letter that was valid for the fall 2023 semester, only, you can submit your spring 2024 offer letter by completing this form. Provided that you remain eligible for an RA/GA/TA permit, you will also be able to purchase your spring permit on December 28, 2023.  

If you are a newly appointed RA/GA/TA or fellow, you will also need to complete this form and include your offer letter valid for the spring 2024 semester. Once we receive it, and you are deemed eligible, you will be able to purchase your permit online beginning at 9:30 AM on January 4, 2024.

Permit Zone Options 

RA/GA/TA’s and fellows will be offered a permit in their assigned parking zone as indicated on their offer letter. To determine your assigned parking zone, please refer to Appendix D. Parking Services will make a permit available to you online at go.lehigh.edu/parking. You will need to provide the following documents via the form above:

  • A signed offer letter from your college.

  • Proof of residence (lease agreement, current utility bill or bank statement) showing that you live beyond the walkable zone. This applies only to those seeking an Alumni, Farrington or Zoellner Zone permit.

Commuter Permits

There are 2 commuter permit options:

Goodman Commuter Lot - click here for location.

Sayre zone commuter lots at Houses 87, 88, 90, 93, 97, 99, Umoja and Sayre Park Village. These permits are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. Click here for the exact locations.

The commuter permit incentives include the following:

  • Evening & weekend parking privileges in all faculty/staff parking zones.

  • Academic break parking privileges in assigned parking zone based on campus address.

  • 4 daily visitor parking permits

  • $25 Passport Mobile credit

  • $20 Lyft credit

These items will be emailed to you with confirmation of your permit purchase.

Online Permit Purchase Information - Procedures to remember

  • If your vehicle was not previously registered with Lehigh, you will be required to scan and upload a copy of your state vehicle registration. Your state vehicle registration must be included with your submission or the transaction will not be processed.

  • Payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

  • Shipping: Please select or add the mailing address you would like your permit mailed to. 

  • After you have completed the transaction, please print out and display your receipt on your dashboard until your permit arrives.
