Identifying Reimbursement Accounts

Wells Fargo Commercial Card Expense Reporting
  • Log into the Wells Fargo WellsOne Expense Manager System - go.lehigh.edu/onecard
    • Enter the company ID, your username and your password - you received your credentials via email when your account was established
    • Click Sign On
    • Click WellsOne Expense Manager 
  • At the top, click Expenses
  • If you have multiple funding sources, click the drop down menu where it says My Expenses
  • You will see the funding source name hyphenated behind your last name
  • Select the appropriate account
  • Click Add 
  • Click Cash Expense
  • Make sure you have selected the correct funding source when entering your transactions - the appropriate name (your professor or advisor) will be listed for the Lehigh ID
